Rather than an open world, Marvel's Wolverine is a narrative-driven action-adventure built around fast, fluid claw combat and a berserker rage meter that builds momentum in battle. The June 2026 State of Play trailer confirmed appearances from Jean Grey, Sabretooth, Mystique and Omega Red, with a story involving mutants captured by a group known as the Reavers.
