August 4, 2026
Confirmed information
Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer "walker-talker" from House House (the Melbourne studio behind Untitled Goose Game), published by Panic and releasing August 4, 2026 across PC, macOS, PlayStation 5, Switch 2, iOS, and Android with full crossplay. Built for 2 to 12 friends, it drops players into a large open world to explore together, using a proximity-based voice chat system and an assortment of tools — walkie-talkies, megaphones, flares, laser pointers — to stay in contact and solve puzzles as a group, with a defined ending rather than an endless sandbox.

Big Walk's core hook is a proximity voice chat system where voices fade with distance, echo down corridors, and crackle through walkie-talkies. It's designed to be played with real-life friends rather than strangers — there's no public matchmaking, so you'll need to invite people directly.
Unlike many social multiplayer games, Big Walk has a definite ending and is meant to be played start-to-finish, with House House estimating 10–15 hours for a full playthrough, similar in spirit to a recurring tabletop session with the same group of friends.
