College Football 27's headline additions are Dynasty Blueprint (a deeper program-building layer within Dynasty mode), expanded position options and customisation in Road to Glory, and Mascot Mashup, a mode letting players compete as school mascots. Gameplay changes focus on smarter route running and coverage, WR-versus-DB physicality battles, and streamlined pre-play adjustments.
Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy, and Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney feature on the standard cover; the Deluxe Edition adds Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti alongside USC's Jayden Maiava, Notre Dame's Leonard Moore, and Texas' Colin Simmons. Deluxe and MVP Bundle buyers got early access from July 6, while MVP+ Members played from July 2 — a full week before global launch.
